Quiet in the meeting. Until it matters.

KittyYawn is a meeting copilot for Mac. It listens alongside your calls, says nothing most of the time, and speaks up when a question needs an answer from your own documents.

One fictional Tuesday.

Scroll through a day of meetings. KittyYawn stays quiet until a question in the room has an answer in your documents, then keeps the promises you made from going stale.

Them It’s the third outage this month. Our team is losing trust in the integration.

You I want a root cause, not a patch.

Them Are the orders that didn’t sync lost, or queued somewhere?

Fact · 10:47
Unsynced orders are queued, not lost
From your docs · Acme runbook

You Riley will own this end to end. Root cause by tomorrow, fix shipped by Friday.

You asked “What did I miss?”

Live Answer · 11:01
Riley owns the fix, with dates. The pricing exception is still open.

Most of the day, KittyYawn said nothing. That’s the point.

Moments are selective. KittyYawn speaks when a question has an answer in your documents, when a decision is forming, or when a promise is about to go stale. The rest of the time it stays out of the way, in a small overlay you can pin or expand.

Four things it does. Not a note-taker.

Moments
A short card when something needs your attention: a question left hanging, a decision taking shape, a next step nobody owns. Quiet the rest of the time.

Summary
A result, not a transcript: decisions, commitments with their owners, and the questions still open, a few minutes after the call.
Follow-through
What you said you’d do comes back before it goes stale. Verified Actions turn a commitment into a drafted action you review before anything runs. Beta

Private by design.

Local-first, not local-only. Here is exactly what leaves your Mac.

  • Audio is transcribed on your Mac and never uploaded.
  • During the call, a short window of recent transcript text goes to the AI for guidance; after it, the refined transcript is sent once for the summary. Both pass through KittyYawn’s gateway, which keeps no copy of the content.
  • Nothing syncs until you turn sync on. Transcripts never sync.
  • Prefer your own Anthropic key? Bring it. Details in the Privacy Policy.
