How limits work
- Moments are proactive and have no separate count. They’re included within your plan’s hosted AI allowance and meeting hours.
- Listed limits per plan: cloud copilot hours, Live Answers, cloud summaries and the rest of the comparison below.
- A monthly AI allowance behind those features. Typical meetings fit inside the listed hours; unusually heavy use (long multi-speaker meetings, many Live Answers and screen captures) can reach the allowance before the hours are used up. The Mac app shows how much of the allowance is used; the web console also shows hours, Live Answers and summaries.
- Free shares a daily pool across all Free users, so on a busy day Free hosted AI can pause before your own monthly limit. Pro is not pooled.
- When a limit is reached, hosted AI pauses until the next period or an upgrade. Recording, local transcription, your notes and meetings keep working. Your own Anthropic key is never limited by us.

Billing questions
How do I buy Pro, and what about tax?
When the public beta opens, upgrade from the Billing page of the web console (the Upgrade button in the app takes you there). Pro is $29/month or $290/year, plus applicable tax. Purchases are sold by Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which calculates and adds any tax at checkout; your card statement shows LINK.COM* KITTYYAWN.
How does renewal work?
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the regular price until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, then move to Free. Nothing you synced is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
Stripe retries for up to a week. Your plan stays active for 7 days after the first failure so you can update your card; if the payment still fails, the account moves to Free. Your data stays.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 7 days of your first subscription charge: email support@kittyyawn.com and we refund it in full, once per account. Otherwise cancellation stops renewal without a prorated refund. Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded. Details are in the Terms.
Is there a bot or per-meeting fee?
No bot joins your calls and nothing is billed per meeting or per Moment card. Plans are flat monthly or yearly prices with the limits above.
